Sandra Bullock’s ex Jesse James is promoting his new book “American Outlaw” and just can’t seem to leave Bullock’s name out of his commentary.
 

On “Good Morning America” he told Vicki Mabrey in an interview that he couldn’t worry about Bullock anymore, while on Howard Stern’s radio show he bragged that sex is “100 times better” with tattooed fiancé Kat Von D.
