Cyrus Kouandjio to Tigers?

Wednesday, 02 February 2011 03:00 PM EST

Today is National Signing Day for college football, and fans patiently await to hear where number 1 offensive tackle Cyrus Kouandjio is going to spend his freshman year.

Kouandjio said Wednesday on ESPN that he would be signing with Auburn, but as of this afternoon, that still hasn’t happened.

Kouandjio previously narrowed his choices down to Auburn and Alabama.

Although brother Arie plays for Alabama, Kouandjio would have an opportunity to shine with the Tigers, as four senior starters have left the offensive line this year.

Tiger’s coach Gene Chizik is holding a recruiting press conference that starts at 2 p.m.
