Some Christians believe Bible prophecy predicts the coming of a new world order before the rapture and the end times. With this idea, Bible prophecy advocates think Bitcoin, a form of digital currency is what Scripture's Book of Revelation predicted and warned us about.

According to Scriptures, during what is known to be the great tribulation, the international economic system will go through a profound shift to a one-world government. Some believe Bitcoin is the anti-Christ or "Mark of the Beast."
