Trump Must Stop Tweeting and Focus on Presidency
Computer screens display fake tweets online users can self generate at a Chinese website in Beijing, China, Thursday, Jan. 26, 2017. Online users flocked to a then-new Chinese Web site letting them generate images of fake tweets that look just like those sent by President Donald Trump. (Ng Han Guan/AP)

Standing in Red Square in the 1990s, I was struck by the Russian nation, one with nuclear capabilities, at a period in history in which time stood still.  Hospitals didn’t have state of the art capabilities, rural areas were isolated by their environmental extremes. Pollution was so thick one could push it away with one's hand. Permafrost suffocated the earth — making it hard to find green food.

Russia’s aggressive push into Afghanistan was more about expanding the Soviet's quest for energy, and possibly territory to colonize. Their options in the gulags had frozen.

China is doing the same with its fostering of civil wars in Chad, the Sudan, and other drought-stricken areas.

Fast forward to the 2016. The U.S. presidential election featured foreign tampering sidebar which overtook rational political understandings.

Concerns that Russia tried to interfere in the outcome of that election belie that the Democrats' data was violated; it was not for the Republican Party.

Lying, and denying again, her own culpability, Hilary Clinton engaged with Russians on multiple levels throughout her political career and during establishment of the Clinton Foundation as well. Like so many others, the misdirected moves on election tampering clearly obfuscates failures within the Democratic Party and liberal establishments themselves.

No one really wishes to discuss this. Such efforts to shift the focus from Attorney General Loretta Lynch and the Clinton machine missed the threat which was known; a threat very real — and ignored.

In his keynote dinner speech to the North Carolina GOP, during its 2017 annual party convention, former U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales (serving under President George W. Bush) told a truth few are willing to absorb, process, or publicly acknowledge.

All nations spy on one another, in doing so they, for example, try to influence the outcome of elections or leadership so that such changes occur in their national interest.

How many have been overthrown, removed, and assassinated with foreign help remains a secret?

The USAID (U.S. Agency for International Development) and USIA (U.S. Information Agency) both tell America's story, trying to persuade with the aid they dispense.

Disinformation, dissemination, and propaganda are hallmarks of many departments established to assist nations. This is why so many acting in seemingly benign roles are stopped or even detained at length on foreign soil as possible spies.

President Trump needs to stop tweeting. He must remove his children from their advisory roles, given their ties to his businesses. Trump must put their holdings in a blind trust, and fill over 3,000 presidential appointments. By doing so, he would keep his promises to the American people.

Congress needs to grow a spine, while simultaneously explaining with clarity, its plans for the U.S., defining safety-nets.  Americans need to prepare for more belt-tightening and gain an appreciation for deregulation, something which would free their creativity, lower taxes, and will give them more money. But it's money taxpayers will have to invest wisely.

Healthcare leaves you on your own, mandating wise choices as the government retrenches from its position of paternalism, thus providing only that which citizens cannot do for themselves.

Susan Rice purportedly has connections to Iran, Bill Clinton spent time studying in Russia, Barack Obama’s grandfather has been linked to Frank Davis (an avowed communist) and as president, Obama promised a quid pro quo to Russia following his election in 2012 — all are a matter of record, a history which the ruling media ignores.

The John Podesta mess and Hillary Clinton's maneuvering 20 percent of this nation’s uranium to Russia through their Clinton Foundation should be investigated with equal vigor, of the sort employed pursuing Trump's alleged connections.

The search for honest brokers to conduct investigations on political connections to Trump ignores Democratic Party ties, ones hell-bent on a witch-hunt which leaves them out.
