George W. Bush is having a good laugh over his "cameo" in Kanye West's new sex-charged music video.

In "Famous," the former president is seen lying shirtless and asleep under a sheet in the massive bed of the hip-hop superstar and his wife Kim Kardashian.

Other notables sacked out next to them include people who resemble Donald Trump, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Bill Cosby, Anna Wintour, Caitlin Jenner, Chris Brown and Amber Rose.
In the video, the camera slowly pans over the faux celebrities and parts of their anatomy. The implication is that everybody is naked and sleeping it off.

The video is an impressive feat of computer-generated trickery that is obviously fake. But Bush's staff issued a tongue-in-cheek response to it anyway.

"In case there is any doubt … that is not President Bush," Bush's spokesperson told TMZ.com.

"He is in much better shape."

The video has been under fire for its provocative and unsettling images.

"Girls" creator and star Lena Dunham took to Facebook to say the images of "prone, unconscious, waxy bodies of famous women, twisted like they've been drugged and chucked aside" gave her "a sickening sense of dis-ease."
