Scaramucci to Appear on Colbert's 'Late Show'

Anthony Scaramucci will make his first television appearance since he was ousted from the White House staff on next Monday's "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert."

Colbert tweeted the news Wednesday evening:

On Monday 8/14 Anthony Scaramucci will be my guest on @colbertlateshow. This is just a heads up for our censors to get ready! #themooch

Scaramucci was the White House communications director for 11 days before he was fired. His dismissal came days after he launched a profanity-laced tirade during a phone interview with a reporter.

Colbert, a staunch critic of President Donald Trump, mocked Scaramucci on his show during his brief stay in the White House.
