Robin Williams's widow and his three children are expected in a California probate court on Monday, where they will begin settling their dispute over the late actor's possessions.
The Associated Press reported via the San Francisco Chronicle that Williams' will states that Zachary, Zelda, and Cody are to receive his memorabilia, awards won in the entertainment industry, and other personal items.
At the same time, his will states that his third wife, Susan Williams, is to inherit the home they shared in Tiburon, north of San Francisco, but not his other homes.
Susan Williams filed court papers in December that stated that items were taken from the Tiburon home without her permission. She has requested that a judge exclude items at the home from her husband's request — saying she doesn't want her home stripped.
Among the items in dispute are the actor's watches, clothing, and other personal items.
The children wrote in their court filings that their father's widow is "adding insult to a terrible injury" by making her request and denying them their father's possessions.
Williams died of asphyxia by hanging in August at his home in Tiburon.
