Three gunshots rang out Sunday while Jennifer Lopez was in Fort Lauderdale shooting a music video with rapper Pitbull, interrupting her Florida beach day.
Lopez, a former "American Idol" judge, was shooting a video for her upcoming single "Live It Up," which is set for release Wednesday. When the shots were fired, her security team reportedly scurried her away.

"Entertainment Tonight's" Rob Marciano was on the set interviewing the singer at the time.
Fort Lauderdale Police spokeswoman Detective DeAnna Greenlaw told the Daily News that
authorities investigated the incident.
“Fort Lauderdale police officers responded to a call of shots fired at the northernmost point of the Fort Lauderdale beach park parking lot,” she said in a statement. “Jennifer Lopez and her crew were filming in the southernmost end of this park.”
“Officers responded to the area in an attempt to investigate the incident; however, the individuals involved in the shooting fled prior to their arrival. At this time, there are no known witnesses, no reported injuries and no further information.”
Earlier that day, paparazzi photographed Lopez dressed in a black bikini and green printed caftan on the upbeat set with boyfriend Casper Smart.
It is unclear whether Smart or Pitbull were with Lopez at the time of the incident.
Neither Lopez nor Pitbull mentioned the incident on their Twitter feeds Monday, but Pitbull took the time to thank the Latina star for collaborating with him.
