A man crashed his Mercedes into the lobby at Atlanta’s CNN headquarters Friday morning, and Atlanta police said the driver had marijuana on him and admitted to smoking it earlier in the day.
No injuries were reported from the incident, which occurred about 4 a.m., and police arrested Javon Todd, who was
charged with DUI, reckless driving, and possession of marijuana, WSB-TV reported. A woman was also in the car.

CNN tweeted a picture of the car:
“I heard the big crash and I saw the vehicle in the lobby. I didn’t see anybody hurt. They were already outside their car,” a witness, Elvert Banks, told WSB-TV.

At least one of those tweets was inspired by
Deadline’s caption contest for the photo of the car sitting in the CNN lobby. Other smart snippets included, “CNN’s ratings have been crashing so hard, it’s started to affect nearby traffic,” and, “One crashing bore meets another.”
