National GOP front-runner Donald Trump leads in the polls in New Hampshire, but trails Texas Sen. Ted Cruz in Iowa, according to the latest CBS News/Battleground Tracker
Here are the numbers in New Hampshire:
• Donald Trump: 32 percent
• Ted Cruz: 14 percent
• Marco Rubio: 13 percent
• Chris Christie: 11 percent
• John Kasich: 8 percent
• Jeb Bush: 6 percent
• Ben Carson: 5 percent
• Rand Paul 5 percent
• Carly Fiorina: 4 percent
The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 6.9 points.
As for the Democrats, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders is besting national front-runner Hillary Clinton in his neighboring state.
• Bernie Sanders: 56 percent
• Hillary Clinton: 42 percent
• Martin O'Malley: 1 percent
That poll as a margin of error of plus or minus 7.5 points.
Here are Iowa's GOP results:
• Cruz: 40 percent
• Trump: 31 percent
• Rubio: 12 percent
• Carson: 6 percent
• Bush: 2 percent
• Fiorina: 2 percent
• Mike Huckabee: 2 percent
• Paul: 2 percent
• Christie: 1 percent
• Kasich: 1 percent
• Rick Santorum: 1 percent
That polls margin of error also was 6.9 points.
The results were announced Sunday on
"Face the Nation" and no other data was available.
