Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is running in second place to businessman Donald Trump in the latest poll of likely New Hampshire Republican voters.
Here are the results of the poll, conducted February 1-2, by
Harper Polling:
- Donald Trump: 31 percent
- Jeb Bush: 14 percent
- John Kasich: 12 percent
- Marco Rubio: 10 percent
- Ted Cruz: 9 percent
- Chris Christie: 6 percent
- Carly Fiorina: 5 percent
- Ben Carson: 3 percent
- Rand Paul: 3 percent
Other candidates received zero percent, and Paul has since
suspended his campaign.
According to the pollsters, the results from the second night were largely unchanged from the first night, which was taken during the Iowa caucuses.
Trump leads in every area of the state, though Bush's numbers increase in the Boston and Portland-Auburn media markets.
Trump does better with older voters, while Bush has strong support from younger voters.
The poll talked to 425 likely Republican primary voters in New Hampshire by landline phone. The margin of error is plus-or-minus 4.75 percent
