Judge Andrew Napolitano says Hillary Clinton continues to lie about her email scandal and claims there is now enough evidence to indict her,
the Daily Caller is reporting.
And he adds, "This self-created crisis is blowing up in her face."
Napolitano, senior judicial analyst for Fox News, made his comments on the network's "America's Newsroom" on Monday, according to the website.
"I believe there is enough evidence to be indicted," he said. "The decision will ultimately be made by the political branches but if the FBI's diligent work in this case is not vindicated, the President will have serious problems on his hands as will she."
He added, "She did not want the rest of the State Department to know what she was doing. She especially did not want the President to know what she was doing."
According to the Daily Caller, Napolitano said he expects Clinton to be interrogated "in the next couple of weeks once the New Jersey and California primaries are over tomorrow [Tuesday] she'll sit down with them and they'll ask her questions she will not want to answer."
The Daily Mail reported that Clinton side-stepped a question when asked if she had been contacted by the FBI regarding the agency's ongoing investigation into her emails.
"I have not been asked to come in for an interview," Clinton told ABC 'This Week' host, George Stephanopoulos.
