JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) — Republican Joe Miller has reported raising more than $241,000 since last month's Alaska Senate election.
It's not clear from Miller's filing with the Federal Election Commission how much of that is for legal bills versus other campaign expenses.
Miller is suing over how the state conducted the election. Unofficial results showed Sen. Lisa Murkowski winning. She ran as a write-in candidate after losing her primary to Miller. She and Miller have been raising money for their legal bills. Murkowski last week reported raising over $245,000 so far.
Miller doesn't specify reasons for some of his spending, including tens of thousands paid to himself. Miller previously reported lending his campaign more than $100,000.
