Donald Trump on Wednesday detailed an 8-point plan that would mark the first 100 days of a President Trump administration.

In the midst of a 40-minute speech at Trump SoHo in New York City that tore apart rival Hillary Clinton's candidacy, Trump gave specifics about the issues he would tackle early on.

In order, Trump outlined his platform:
  1. Appoint judges who will "uphold the Constitution" and protect the Second Amendment.
  2. Change immigration rules that will allow Americans to get "good-paying jobs."
  3. Stand-up to countries that "cheat on trade."
  4. "Cancel rules and regulations that send jobs overseas."
  5. Lift restrictions on energy production.
  6. "Repeal and replace job-killing Obamacare."
  7. "Pass massive tax reform to create millions of new jobs and lower taxes for everyone."
  8. "Impose tough new ethics rules … to the office of Secretary of State."
"There is one common theme in all of these reforms — it's going to be America first," Trump told the partisan audience. "On Election Day, the politicians stand trial before the people. The voters are the jury. Their ballots are the verdict."

Though Trump made no mention of the wall bordering Mexico that was a central part of his immigration policy during the primary, he hit on Clinton's plan to increase, by 550 percent, the amount of Syrian refugees into our country.

"Hillary also wants to spend hundreds and millions of dollars to settle Middle Eastern refugees in the United States on top of the current record level of immigration that we already have," Trump said. "For the amount of money Hillary Clinton would like to spend on refugees we could rebuild every inner city in America."

And with that, Trump took aim at the central part of Clinton's base: African-Americans and Hispanics.

"The first victims of her radical policies will be poor African-American and Hispanic workers who need jobs," Trump said. "They are also the ones that she will hurt the most by far."

Trump touted his platform as the only way for America's inner cities to experience a rebirth.

"Massive new factories will come roaring into our country, breathing life and hope into our communities," Trump said to applause. "Inner cities which have been horribly abused by Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party will finally, finally, finally be rebuilt.

"People are going to start working again. Parents are going to start dreaming big for their children again, including parents in our inner cities," Trump said, closing his speech.

"Thank you, Americans. Americans — the people we love. America first, make our country great again, Americans are going to start believing in the future of our country. We are going to make America rich again. We are going to make America safe again," Trump said.
