Newsmax TV Financial Anchor: US Standard of Living Will Stay Flat

By    |   Friday, 06 September 2013 08:18 PM EDT

Newsmax TV financial anchor David Nelson says the standard of living will likely remain flat for years to come because the U.S. economy is not growing quickly enough.

Story continues below video.

“The standard of living in some other parts of the world will rise and our standard of living may just stay stagnant,” Nelson told former Congressman Allen West, guest host of “The Steve Malzberg Show” on Newsmax TV.

“It's going to take some kind of real growth policy to knock us out of that,” he added.
