The residents of Ferguson, Missouri, just want peaceful change, while the unrest seen in recent protests
is the result of people coming in from other areas, two Newsmax TV
panelists said Tuesday.
"The fact of the matter is that you've got a bunch of vultures coming in from places like New York and California and different parts of the country that are coming into Ferguson like locusts," Niger Innis, executive director of TheTeaParty.net and a leading African-American conservative told host J.D. Hayworth on "Newsmax Prime."

Powerful billionaires including George Soros are funding the Black Lives Matter campaign and are doing a disservice to the people of Ferguson," Innis said.
He said he and Dr. Alveda King visited Ferguson last year following the shooting death of Michael Brown by then-police officer Darren Wilson.
"We met with Democrat and Republican officials, with the police chief, and others. And these people want peace, quiet and tranquility in that community," he said. "Let's not confuse these anarchists from the outside with the real people and the legitimate concerns of the people of Ferguson."
Most of the "inciters" and "instigators" actually are trying to destroy the community, former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik said. "They're attacking the cops, they're shooting up a police van. Those are not community people from Ferguson. They're outsiders."
Innis compared the Black Lives Matter movement to the Black Panthers, who sought solutions through radicalism while his father, Roy Innis, was heading up the peaceful Congress of Racial Equality (CORE.)
"The Black Panthers used to walk around with Mao's 'Little Red Book,'" he said. These guys are about burning, burning, burning. 'Burn, baby, burn,' was the chant. Well Roy Innis … his chant was, 'Build, baby, build.'"
