Iranian author Dr. Marc Benhuri says he is terrified by President Barack Obama's revelation that the United States could possibly open an embassy in Tehran in the next two years.

Benhuri's warning comes after a report that the U.S. has tentatively agreed on a deal to reduce Iran's ability to make nuclear arms — and is bailing out the nearly-bankrupt country to the tune of $2 billion.
"Americans have to realize that their (Iran's) supreme leader has the power over everything. No matter what Obama signed with President Rouhani," Benhuri said.
He said the president is determined to make a deal with Iran no matter what.
"He thinks that even a bad deal is a good deal for him and this is really unfortunate," Benhuri said.
"So far, they have not accomplished anything. If you noticed, Iran was going bankrupt and by giving them $2 billion, we bailed them out.
"Now, if he would not have given the money to these Islamic terrorists, which are doing the terrorism all over the world … they would've bankrupt … I don't know what he thinks the progress is."
Benhuri said high-level United Nations officials told him the Iranians are "playing games with [Obama] because they know he's a weak leader like [Jimmy] Carter was."
Benhuri also told Steve Malzberg that a movie version being made of his book "Price for Freedom", will feature his nine-year-old son Ariel playing him as a young man.
Iranian actor Navid Negahban — who appeared in the R-rated movies "American Sniper" and "Charlie Wilson's War" — will portray Benhuri as an adult.
The best-selling tome chronicles Benhuri’s successful efforts to get his family out of Iran during the Iranian Revolution. According to IMDB.com, the film is set for a May release.
