Obama Himself Likely Behind Unmaskings, Leaks

Our former socialist-minded President Barack Hussein Obama has now "exited stage left," pun intended.

He has now "wisely" fled his palatial mansion in Kalorama, Washington, D.C., and is currently holed up on a sunny Polynesian island, far from the burgeoning scandal he and his administration have left behind in his wake. In the last few days, it was revealed, as I predicted, that President Donald J. Trump was generally correct when he tweeted that Obama had "wiretapped" him and his staffs.

Now, sure enough, we have learned that his former national security advisor, Susan Rice — the woman who was caught lying about the reasons for the Benghazi terrorist attack — and likely others in the Obama administration, had without apparent legal probable cause "unmasked" the names of Trump personnel and likely The Donald himself, who they claimed fell within the scope of foreign intelligence intercepts.

Then, of course, the name of General Michael Flynn, President Trump’s former national security adviser, was leaked from classified intelligence agency surveillance, causing irreparable damage to his reputation and costing the general ultimately his job.

Adding to this new Obama scandal are reports that once names of the Trump team were unmasked, they then were provided to former Obama Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, the official who allegedly lied under oath to Congress that the Obama administration was not conducting mass surveillance on the American people, and former Obama Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) John Brennan, who also allegedly lied to Congress that his compromised agency had not illegally spied upon the staff of Senator Diane Feinstein, then the chairman of the Senate Intelligence Agency.

Clapper and Brennan are indeed, without any doubt, so-called "partners in crime." There is no doubt that both Obama officials got their hands caught in the proverbial cookie jar in conducting illegal and unconstitutional surveillance on American citizens. Federal Judge Richard J. Leon ruled as much in two cases which I filed in 2013 and 2014 against Clapper, Brennan, and the intelligence agencies, not to mention Obama himself. The cases are captioned Klayman et. al v. Couple this with the reports that the names unmasked by Susan Rice and likely others were also sent to Ben Rhodes, also a high Obama White House official, and one can only presume that the president himself was part of this apparent scheme to delegitimize, destroy, and in effect "abort the baby" of the incoming Trump administration before the fetus was even born on January 20, 2017. This wholesale effort to destroy Trump and all of his incoming men and women remains in "high gear," thanks to the constant venomous and dishonest drumbeat of Obama accomplices at the Fake News operations known as CNN, MSNBC, NBC, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, and The Washington Post. This full court leftist press effort to conduct a "partial birth abortion" on the Trump presidency is unprecedented in the nation’s history.

Indeed, while Obama and his administration came to be disliked by the right, including yours truly, given his and his accomplices in the leftist media’s frequent and cheap use of the race card to defect from his myriad of scandals, including IRS-gate, Obamacare-gate, Fast and Furious-gate, Benghazi-gate, Black Lives Matter-gate, and a host of others, his socialist tendencies and policies, his apparent enmity toward the Jewish state and birthplace of Jesus, Israel, and other actions which are an anathema to conservatives and people of Judeo-Christian heritage, there never was an attempt even by right-wing media hosts, networks and blog posts to totally "abort" his presidency. Proud that Americans had elected our first black president, we gave him the benefit of the doubt for the first few years of his tenure in the White House. Harsh criticism only ensued after it was clear that Obama was dishonest with the American people, particularly over his frequent scams like Obamacare, when he blatantly lied to the citizenry that they would be able to keep their doctor.

As a trial lawyer of 40 years, I can with some confidence predict that, in the end, direct and circumstantial evidence will be more fully uncovered by my lawsuits at Freedom Watch, the anticipated testimony of my client and NSA/CIA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery and honest investigative journalists (I don’t put any faith in the integrity of the congressional intelligence committees) will show that former President Obama will be found to be the ring-leader of these nefarious unconstitutional and illegal "Orwellian" violations of the Fourth Amendment, as Judge Leon has already found in other contexts.

And, when Obama’s involvement is likely confirmed, expect him to again, along with his comrades in the leftist media, try to "skate" from of what may now turn out to be the biggest scandal in American history. He must be compelled to testify under oath about his involvement, and for once not use his former office or race as a shield to avoid accountability.
