Enthused Crowds Line Up for Trump Book Signings

Entrepreneur Donald Trump was busy signing copies of his new book "Time to Get Tough: Making America #1 Again" in Lake Park, Fla. on Saturday. The Lake Park event comes on the heels of Friday's book-signing at Manhattan's landmark Trump Towers where lines stretched a city block.

Enthusiastic readers lined up to hold court with Trump seated at a table in the warehouse-style book store where he autographed his latest tome in bold felt-pen strokes. See the video at the end of this story.

One shopper said she was, like Trump, a native New Yorker who “shares his principles.”

Those principles are shouted out in Trump’s book in no uncertain terms, and as another shopper noted, “Everyone should pay attention to what he says.”

In a nutshell, Trump argues that President Obama has been a disaster for America.

“In four short years, he’s wrecked our economy, saddled our children with more debt than America managed to rack up in 225 years, and gone around the world apologizing for our country—as if the greatest nation in the world needs to apologize for being a land of opportunity and freedom, which we were before Obama became president.

“Now, America looks like a broken country—stripped of jobs, stripped of wealth, stripped of respect. And what does President Obama do about it? He plays nice with a China that is doing everything it can to destroy our economy, while refusing to stand up for America with Middle Eastern oil mobsters who think they can hold us hostage through higher prices at the pump, and chucking billions in ‘stimulus’ money to his friends and supporters while letting the rest of us foot the bill.”

This can’t go on, Trump warns.

In his new book, "Time to Get Tough," Trump spells out an agenda for making America number one again, including:

• How to put OPEC out of business
• How to create American jobs by forcing Communist China into truly fair trade
• How to retire our debt without endangering long-established programs — like Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid — that millions of Americans depend on
• How to undo the fraud of Obamanomics and the disaster of Obamacare
