Many of us have ourselves or had a loved one who suffered from cancer. But I have had friends and family overcome cancer naturally. So I want you to know that you can overcome.
The first step is to believe you can be healed. The next step is to start on a journey by changing your diet and lifestyle to allow your body to heal itself.
About seven years ago, I heard of a researcher who was in the medical corps in the Navy named Doug Kaufman, who wrote a book called “The Fungus Link.” He made the claim that cancer is a fungus and can be fueled by a sugar-filled diet. This may sound far-fetched, but there is truth to this statement.
The cancer cell runs on glucose and lactic acid. This environment causes them to thrive and replicate, making conditions worse.
Conventional medicine will say that eating sugar doesn’t effect cancer, but I think they are wrong. If you’re anything like me you will begin to trust your personal experiences over some of these paid for study’s that dismiss valid clinical research from holistic practitioners.
Sugar is what I call an anti-nutrient, robbing the body of nutrients.
So as we eat sugar while having any form of cancer we will speed up our body to waste away.
The process of removing sugar from your diet is hard. Sugar is everywhere in so many products. It is more addicting than cocaine studies have shown.
I recommend removing any processed foods first. These include chips, sodas, snack cakes, flavored beverages, and pre-packed food. Then you can start to limit high-sugar fruits like bananas and dates.
You can help your body acclimate to these dietary changes by increasing your use of healthy fats like fish oil, coconut oil, and grass fed butter.
I hope that in your health journey that the information above will impact your life and help empower others to overcome this terrible condition.
