Trump: 'When Will We Get Smart, Tough, Vigilant'

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump was among the first to react to the horrific shooting at an Orlando gay nightclub early Sunday morning.

Trump tweeted before more details became known about the incident, which is leading many experts to suspect radical Islamic terrorism. He then later tweeted that it was time to "get tough" with terrorism. After that, he congratulated himself for being tough on terrorism.

Horrific incident in FL. Praying for all the victims & their families. When will this stop? When will we get tough, smart & vigilant?
