Donald Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway tweeted she was at the Friday rally in Greensboro, N.C., shouting to the Republican presidential candidate to "stay on the issues."
The Hill speculated Conway's tweet was a "joke" after Conway's candidate, Trump, railed against his normal targets and adding attacks on his sexual assault accusers.
During the North Carolina rally, Trump made a comment about accuser Jessica Leeds, saying "believe me, she would not be my first choice; that I can tell you."
BuzzFeed reporter McKay Coppins made the original tweet to which Conway responded to.
