A Democratic Super PAC will spend its first dollars in Wisconsin this week in support of Hillary Clinton with just eight days to go before the presidential election.
According to The New York Times, Priorities USA will also spend some additional money in Pennsylvania and will buy ads in Florida cities Miami and Jacksonville.
Wisconsin was once seen as a slam dunk for Clinton but the race has gotten closer in the Badger State. Trump has also made gains in Pennsylvania.
The Times reports the total ad buy in the Priorities USA push is $6 million in three states, which is spread over nine television markets.
Polls show the race between Clinton and Republican Donald Trump has tightened in recent weeks. The latest RealClear Politics polling average gives Clinton a lead of about three points.
Last Friday's news that the FBI is taking another look at Clinton's email case could potentially turn the election upside down and swing the gates toward Trump in the final week of campaigning.
