Trump Tweets Shoutout to Texas: 'Will Be Back Tomorrow'

President Donald Trump tweeted out Friday morning that he will return to Texas Saturday and praised "all of the great men & women who have been working so hard" after Harvey wreaked devastation there.

Texas is "healing fast," he wrote on Twitter at 8:58 a.m. ET, in an update of a Twitter post an hour earlier — and later deleted — that said the state was "heeling."

Trump 's return visit comes as his administration is preparing a nearly $6 billion aid package to assist the state's southeast.

The president is also donating $1 million personally to recovery efforts.
