Donald Trump said yet again in Thursday's GOP debate he denounced the Ku Klux Klan and David Duke, a former leader in the hate group.

"I totally disavow the Ku Klux Klan. I totally disavow David Duke. I have been doing it now for two weeks," Trump said. "You are probably about the 18th person that's asked me the question. It was very clear."

Trump did use a common mispronunciation, "Klu," in his denuciation.

Duke on his radio show told listeners that while he is not endorsing Trump, a white person voting against him is voting against his heritage.

Trump disavowed Duke in a press conference on Friday, but was not as strong on Sunday on CNN. Trump later said he was unclear about what other "groups" Jake Tapper was referring to, and also said he had a bad earpiece.

"That question was also talked about in the form of groups. Groups," Trump said Thursday. "I would like to know which groups are you talking about? You have to tell me which groups. Ultimately he got to the Ku Klux Klan, which obviously I'm going to disavow."

He noted he also had done so multiple times on Twitter.
