LA Times Reporter Tweet: 'I'd Rather See Donald Trump's Life End'

A Los Angeles Times reporter on Thursday tweeted, "I'd rather see Donald Trump's life end."

Steven Borowiec deleted the twitter message once it was highlighted by another reporter and has since apologized:

I apologize for my Trump tweet. I meant it in jest.

Borowiec, who covers North and South Korea for the Times, was replying to a Time.com tweet about Trump's life in photos, the Washington Examiner reported.
