Stephen Dunn - Biography
Stephen J. Dunn has practiced tax controversies and estate planning for over 30 years. He is a leading authority on compliance with U.S. laws concerning foreign financial accounts. He has handled hundreds of foreign financial accounts cases, and written Foreign Accounts Compliance (Thomson Reuters 2016), a treatise which he updates annually. Mr. Dunn earned his J.D. from Notre Dame and his LL.M. (Taxation) from Washington University in St. Louis. Before law school he was an auditor with Ernst & Young, and became a Michigan CPA.
