"We had a pretty good day today," McCormick said on Newsmax from his campaign headquarters just after 11:30 p.m. ET. But he also suggested he was not expecting the race to be resolved Tuesday evening. He noted that "tens of thousands" of mail-in ballots remained to be counted Wednesday. Oz had much the same thing to say on Newsmax late Tuesday: "We are making a ferocious charge. But when it's this close, what else would you expect? Everything about this campaign has been tight."
