DHS: Less Than 1% of 'Paroled' Migrants Left US

The Border Patrol, using "parole" powers, caught and released 2,572 illegal immigrants last year, but less than 1% of the migrants have been deported or otherwise confirmed to have left the United States, according to the Department of Homeland Security. [Full Story]
