Biden Warns Israel Anew After Lethal Rafah Strike: Protect Civilians

Biden has faced increasing pressure from in his own party to scale back support for Israel, even before the Sunday airstrike that set tents and rickety shelters ablaze in a Rafah camp, killing 45 people.
