MIAMI -- Prosecutors in Miami say they won't seek the death penalty against four people charged with murder in the case of Washington Redskins star Sean Taylor if they are convicted. Miami-Dade County prosecutor Reid Rubin said in a letter to lawyers for the suspects that the four will face a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted. Taylor's alleged shooter was only 17 when the crime was committed in November. Minors are ineligible for the death penalty. The 24-year-old Taylor was shot at his Miami-area home.
