One day after House Republicans managed to pass the American Health Care Act, the GOP campaign committee is touting their success in a new online ad titled "Promise Made, Promise Kept," Roll Call reports.

It begins with upbeat music and positive words about the Republican healthcare plan before taking aim at the Democratic "status quo," and showing the words "Obamacare is collapsing . . . and not a single Democrat will do anything about it."

The spot then shows House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and says "It's time to look out for the American people."

The National Republican Campaign Committee did not disclose how much it spent on the ad or where it will run, but NRCC Communications Director Matt Gorman said in a statement, "Obamacare is an unsustainable disaster and the House took a giant leap in the repeal of this failed law."

"For years, Democrats stood idly by and unapologetically supported this broken system. We're proud that the era of Obamacare is finally coming to an end," he added.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee made a similar move, launching digital ads in 30 Republican districts, according to Roll Call.

"They will be hitting vulnerable Republicans whether or not they voted for the bill today," the DCCC said in a press release.
