Sarah Palin is headed to Iowa for a publicity screening of her documentary “The Undefeated,” and then will be at the Mall of America in Minnesota for Bristol’s book signing for “Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far.”
In her book, Palin, 20, lobbed a few unkind words at Meghan McCain, the 26-year-old daughter of Republican John McCain, who ran for the 2008 presidency with Sarah Palin as his vice president pick.
"Every time we saw Meghan, she seemed to be constantly checking us out, comparing my family to hers and complaining," wrote Palin.
Asked about her criticisms of the Daily Beast blogger, Bristol responded: “I just wanted to note that we come from two completely different worlds. Her dad’s a politician and my mom’s a politician, but that never defined me. We don’t talk, we’re not friends, nothing like that.”
