BRISTOL, Tenn. -- Police say a man fatally shot four people at a public housing complex in downtown Bristol, Tenn., before apparently committing suicide. Authorities say the killings around noon Wednesday arose from a domestic dispute at an apartment in Edgemont Towers. They initially said 26-year-old suspect Rusty L. Rumley was captured shortly after the shooting when he crashed his car about 20 miles away. Now they say he is dead and apparently shot himself. Bristol is located on the Virginia-Tennessee border.
