The Anti-Defamation League announced Monday that director Brett Ratner and producer Ben Silverman will be honored at the League's 2015 Entertainment Industry Dinner.

Ratner and Silverman will be acknowledged for their simultaneous contributions to the entertainment industry and the fight against anti-Semitism and bigotry, in line with the ADL's mission statement. Past honorees include Jeffrey Katzenberg and Steven Spielberg, among others.

"This year's recipients hold ADL close to their hearts," said ADL Regional Director Amanda Susskind in a statement. "As leaders in the entertainment industry, Brett and Ben both use their power and platform to create innovative projects that are entertaining and inclusive."

Ratner is known for directing music videos and the "Rush Hour" films, among many others. He is attached to "Beverly Hill Cop 4," slated for a 2016 release.

Silverman made a name for himself as an executive producer on "The Office" and "Ugly Betty." He currently serves as exec producer on "Jane the Virgin" on The CW.

The proceedings will take place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on April 20. Honorary co-chairs of the evening include Barry Diller, Jim Gianopulos, Katzenberg, Ron Meyer, James Packer, Ronald O. Perelman, Richard Plepler and Kevin Tsujihara.
