Tia-Clair Toomey was crowned the "fittest woman on Earth" on Sunday after winning the 11th CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin, CBS Sports reported.

Toomey, 24, who represented Australia in weightlifting at the 2016 Brazil Olympics, edged out fellow countrywoman Kara Webb by two points to win the overall title, CBS Sports added.

When asked how she compared the CrossFit Games to the Olympics, Toomey said, according to the Daily Mail: "Ten times better. Like, 100 times better."

The CrossFit Games features 40 women and 40 men who all had to qualify through other fitness competitions. The series of challenges athletes face often includes some forms of running, swimming, weightlifting and other tests of strength, fitness and skill over three days and are unknown to the athletes until they compete.

Toomey, who came in second place the past two years, said she was thrilled to make it to the top of the podium this time, the Melbourne Herald Sun reported.

"To be honest, you have to think about everyone who's there to support you (and) remember all the work you put in," Toomey said, per the Herald Sun. "(I feel) great, on top of the world."

Webb said that despite the loss, she felt good about Toomey's victory, the Herald Sun reported.

"When you put two Aussie chicks together like that, we don't know how to hold back," Webb said, the newspaper wrote. "We love our sport. We love our country. I feel so incredibly proud of Tia."

On the men's side of the competition, Colchester, Vermont's Mat Fraser repeated as champion as he placed in the top three in each of the three events held Sunday, CBS Sports said. Along with his back-to-back titles, Fraser finished second overall in 2014 and 2015.

He dominated the competition all three days, finishing 216 points ahead of second place Brent Fikowski.
