Paxil 'SNL' Skit Prescribes Anti-Depressant for Obama's Second Term (Video)

"SNL" has the perfect remedy for President Barack Obama's scandal-plagued administration: Paxil Second-Term Strength.

On Saturday night's episode, the sketch comedy show poked fun at all of the president's recent headaches in a commercial parody. In the clip, Jay Pharoah's Obama pops Paxil, billed as "the only anti-depressant strong enough for an embattled second term."

Editor's Note: ObamaCare Is Here. Are You Prepared?

"With Paxil, you'll feel like you're giving a speech at a college campus in 2008, or getting bin Laden all over again," the ad says. "So you can turn those approval ratings upside down. And Paxil Second-Term Strength treats a whole range of symptoms like Benghazi, the NSA scandal, the IRS scandal, the AP scandal, the Petraeus scandal, that time Jay-Z and Beyonce went to Cuba, and, of course, Obamacare website problems.

"It feels like even your friends have turned against you," the narrator says of "presidential depression," as a clip of former President Bill Clinton's Obamacare interview played in the background.

Clinton notoriously spoke out in an interview last week with OZY media and said Obama should make good on his promise that people could keep their current healthcare plans if they wanted to.

The Obama on Paxil sketch was one of the best of the night. Others that stood out on the Lady Gaga-hosted episode include the skit about Toronto's crack-smoking mayor Rob Ford and a spoof that made fun of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
