Josh Duggar was sued this week by adult actress Danica Dillon, who claims the former "19 Kids & Counting" reality star assaulted her during an intimate encounter at a Philadelphia hotel earlier this year to the point where she "felt as if she were being raped."

Dillon filed suit Tuesday in Philadelphia under her legal name, Ashley Stamm-Northrup, and claimed that she and Duggar met in March during an appearance at a strip club, according to Philadelphia magazine. After paying $600 for lap dances, Duggar reportedly accompanied the married mother of two back to her hotel, where she says he propositioned her and paid an additional $1,500 for sex, the magazine reported.

But during the consensual encounter, Duggar became violent and assaulted her.

"Once inside Plaintiff's hotel room, Defendant manhandled Plaintiff and physically assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries," the lawsuit states, according to Philadelphia.

"Indeed, Plaintiff felt as if she were being raped by the Defendant. This was not part of any agreement and clearly exceeded the scope of any consent by the Plaintiff . . . Defendant indented to cause such harmful and offensive contact with the Plaintiff and directly, though his tortious actions and conduct, caused Plaintiff to suffer severe emotional and physical injuries."

Dillon, who first went public with her story in August, told ETOnline.com in September that she "never told [Duggar] no," but did complain that he was being too physical with her.

"I tried to be sexy and seductive," Dillon told the entertainment site. "And then he was like, 'No, let's get straight to the point,' and [we] took our clothes off, took his clothes off, and he was very rough with me."

The eldest Duggar sibling, who was seen along with his family on the TLC series "19 Kids & Counting," is currently in treatment for sex addiction at a faith-based rehab center in Illinois.

He's been there since August after a flurry of scandals tainted his once-squeaky clean image. First, it was revealed that the 27-year-old married father of four molested a handful of young girls — including some of his own sisters — when he was 14. Then, he was implicated in the Ashley Madison scandal, and later admitted to cheating on his wife and suffering from an addiction to pornography.

TLC canceled "19 Kids & Counting" in July.
