JFK’s personal diary will be auctioned off on Wednesday at RR Auction’s Boston gallery and is expected to go for about $200,000.

The 61-paged diary, which was published as a book “Prelude to Leadership,” contains former President John F. Kennedy’s thoughts from the summer of 1945, during his stint as a journalist in Europe, according to the Boston Globe.

Kennedy seemed to hint at a future in politics in one of the diary notes.

“Says I’ll get murdered – No political experience – A personal district. Says I don’t know 300 people personally,” the note reads.

At the time, Kennedy was 28 years old and World War II had just ended, according to The Associated Press.

Kennedy was a correspondent for Hearst newspapers and spent the summer traveling throughout Europe.

Some of the other topics that Kennedy jotted down notes about in the diary include his thoughts on World War II, Russia, world leaders, Hitler’s legacy, the future of the United Nations, and the Soviet Union.

“I think that the clash with Russia will be greatly postponed,” another note in the diary reads, according to the Daily Mail. “It will come perhaps, as its avoidance depends chiefly on the extent of Russia’s self-restraint, and that is a quality of which powerful nations have a limited quality.”

“The clash may be finally and indefinitely postponed by the eventual discovery of a weapon so horrible that it will truthfully mean the abolishment of all the nations employing it,” the note continued.

The diary was first made public by Deirdre Henderson, who served as a research assistant in Kennedy’s campaign office in the 1950s.
