Jeb Bush Aide Resigns After Old 'Insensitive' Twitter Posts Surface

A Jeb Bush aide resigned Tuesday after a series of sexist, racist, and inflammatory Twitter posts he reportedly created between 2009 and 2011 surfaced.

Ethan Czahor, the Hipster.com cofounder who was hired as Bush's chief technology officer for his political action committee Right to Rise, left his position in the second hiccup this week for the former Florida governor and aspiring 2016 presidential candidate.

Bush also learned this week that a website he created to display emails constituents sent to him when he served as governor contained social security numbers and other private information.

"The Right to Rise PAC accepted Ethan Czahor's resignation today," the PAC said in a statement to The Huffington Post Tuesday. "While Ethan has apologized for regrettable and insensitive comments, they do not reflect the views of Governor Bush or his organization and it is appropriate for him to step aside. We wish him the best."

BuzzFeed News captured a series of Twitter posts that made jokes about women and gay men, including one from 2009 that said, "New study confirms old belief: college female art majors are sluts, science majors are also sluts but uglier." Another tweet read, "The golds gym in San Francisco has a wide selection of free weights, machines, and men who undress you with their eyes while you work out."

The Huffington Post also uncovered a rant Czahor once made about Martin Luther King Jr. when he was the host of a radio show at Pennsylvania's East Stroudsburg University in 2008.

"[MLK] didn't have his pants sagged to his ankles, and he wasn't delivering his speech in 'jibberish' or 'slang' (ie. he wasn't speaking like a rapper)," he said.

He also once argued against affirmative action.

Black parents need to "get their sh** together, as the majority of newborn black babies belong to single-parent households," Czahor said, according to The Post.
