"Fake teen doctor" Malachi Love-Robinson was arrested again, this time while trying to buy a $35,000 Jaguar in Virginia. He was arrested in Florida back in February on larceny and fraud charges for impersonating a doctor.

Love-Robinson, 19, was arrested Friday in Stafford County, Virginia, reported WTVR-TV, after he attempted to buy the car under suspicious circumstances.

Authorities charged him with identity fraud, making false statements to obtain credit, and obtaining money by false pretenses when he appeared at a car dealership with an elderly woman who he wanted to use as a co-signer for the vehicle.

Kargar Motor Car Dealership employees said Love-Robinson filled out an online credit application and listed the woman as the co-signer, according to WTVR-TV. Employees became suspicious after looking up Love-Robinson's name on the Internet and learning of the charges against him in Florida.

"The employees became more concerned because they felt Love-Robinson may be trying to fraudulently obtain the Jaguar and stealing money from the elderly female he claimed to be his mother," Stafford Sheriff's Office spokesman Major Don Lenhart told WTVR-TV. "The dealership told Mr. Love-Robinson that they would call him when his credit application was approved and he left the dealership."

The dealership contacted the sheriff's office and called Love-Robinson back to the car lot. Robinson told authorities he had planned to buy a vehicle for himself and one for the woman, who he described as his godmother, said the television station.

The woman, who described Love-Robinson as a distant relative, told authorities she had no intention of being a co-signer even though Love-Robinson filled out the credit application with her information and social security number, according to CNN.

Authorities also found that someone had used the woman's credit card account a day earlier to purchase two iPads and a cell phone for $1,200, said CNN.

"Mr. Love-Robinson had been bragging to the employees of the dealership earlier that day about two iPads he had recently purchased," the sheriff's office said. "They were seized along with other items at the time of his arrest."

Love-Robinson faces a minimum recommended sentence of more than eight years in prison on the Florida charges, said the Palm Beach Post.

Love-Robinson was arrested Feb. 16 after a narcotics task force raided his so-called practice in a West Palm Beach medical building, reported the Post, charging he gave medical advice to an undercover officer.

Love-Robinson claimed to have a naturopathy license in the state, but those licenses had not been issued in the state for years, a Florida state official told the Post.
