The condition of Wisconsin shooting victim Erin Stoffel was upgraded Tuesday from critical to serious. Stoffel was shot Sunday in a random shooting that killed her husband and daughter and another man.

Theda Clark Medical Center spokeswoman Megan Mulholland confirmed 32-year-old Stoffel was upgraded from critical to serious condition, The Associated Press reported.

Menasha police say Sergio Daniel Valencia del Toro fought with his ex-fiancée Sunday before grabbing two handguns and riding his bike to the Trestle Trail bridge over Little Lake Butte des Morts in Menasha. Valencia del Toro opened fire on the bridge, killing Jonathan Stoffel and his 11-year-old daughter, Olivia, along with Adam Bentdahl.

Del Toro then shot himself. He died at a hospital.

WLUK-TV reports officials say the trail and park reopened Tuesday.

Menasha is about 30 miles south of Green Bay.
