Donald Sterling, still embroiled in the Los Angeles Clippers controversy, is now being sued by a former employee who claims the 80-year-old sexually harassed her and then fired her when she complained about his behavior and his past racist remarks.

According to court documents obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, Maiko Maya King was romantically involved with Sterling from 2005 to 2011 but didn't begin working for him until after their relationship ended.

During that time, King, who is being represented by Gloria Allred, claims that Sterling regularly urged her to leave her then-husband, who was African-American.

"I want to take you out of the black world and put you into the white world," Sterling would tell her, according to court documents. She charged that when they would have a fight, he would tell her to "move back to the ghetto with a black man," The Reporter noted.

Sterling reportedly agreed to pay King $10,000 a month and a $100,000 bonus annually as his personal assistant and caretaker after her father died in 2013. The woman says she was even introduced to V. Stiviano, the person who reportedly leaked tapes of Sterling's racist rants, as the octogenarian's girlfriend. Still, she argued in the lawsuit, he would sexually harass her, withholding her pay when she refused to perform sex acts with him.

According to the suit, King was fired on May 7 after she continued to complain about the harassment and racist remarks, claiming that she was subjected to mental anguish from working with Sterling.

"I don't like the man," Wayne King, Maiko Maya King's ex-husband said of Sterling to the New York Daily News. "She told me all the racist things he said, but he had billions and I was just a stunt man. He broke up my marriage."

Wayne King, who divorced his ex-wife in 2009, told the newspaper he remembered getting angry at Sterling once when he and Maiko Maya King attended a Clippers game.

"I went to two Clippers games, but the whole situation was just ugly," Wayne King told the newspaper. "He tried to get my youngest daughter to give him kisses, and then he would turn his face to get it on the lips. I told him I didn't like that, and he said, 'But I just love her.'"

Sterling made headlines in April when tapes leaked of him making inflammatory comments about African-Americans. He was fined $2.5 million, hit with a lifetime NBA ban, and told that he would have to give up ownership of the Clippers.

Since then, Sterling has filed his own $1 billion lawsuit against the NBA.
