A video of a colossal chicken has taken the internet by storm, getting more than 77 million views since it was posted on Facebook last week. You'd think it was one of those giant Florida gators.

In the video, the oversized fowl is seen clambering out of a hutch at a farm, but it's so big that some on the internet suspect it's a “grown man in a costume,” according to Fox 5 NY.

“So you’re going to tell me that’s not a grown a** man in a costume!!!???” one Twitter user wrote, according to The Sun.

“I still refuse to believe that giant chicken video is real,” another Twitter user wrote, Fox News noted.

According to Mashable, the massive chicken is known as a Brahma chicken – no bull – a large breed of chicken imported from China that's popular in the U.S.

Female Brahma chickens are said to weigh 13-14 pounds while males can weigh as much as 18.25 pounds.

(Your average chicken weighs less than six pounds, according to the USDA.)

The viral video was posted by the chicken’s owner, Fitim Sejfijaj, Mashable noted. He originally posted it to the Facebook group Shpeztaria Dekorative – or “decorative poultry.”

The enormous chicken is almost enough to make you forget about the popular video of a dinosaur-like Florida gator casually walking on a golf course, USA Today noted.

Back to the chiken. Twitter was freaking out after seeing the huge chicken strut and flap its wings.
