Former model Brandi Brandt has gone from the pages of Playboy to an Australian court, where she is facing cocaine trafficking charges.

The Playmate of the Month for October 1987 was extradited from Los Angeles to Sydney, and arrived on a Friday flight. She didn't apply for bail or enter a plea, according to The Associated Press, and was remanded in custody ahead of a December court appearance.

The 45-year-old model/actress appeared on the August 1989 cover of Hugh Hefner's famous publication. She also had three children with Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx during their seven-year marriage from 1989-96.

Sky News reported she is accused of being part of a cocaine smuggling ring that hid drugs on Qantas and United Airlines planes between Los Angeles and Sydney between July and December 2007, citing documents filed at Sydney's Central Local Court. The bags of cocaine were then taken off the planes by airline catering company workers.

It wasn't clear what prison sentence she could face if found guilty, Sky News reported. Brandt's ex-boyfriend, Crusty Demons motorcycle stuntman Rusty Setser, was extradited last month over the alleged drug importation.

Brandt was first implicated in the crime in 2009. In June of this year, she attended an extradition hearing in Los Angeles to face allegations of conspiring with Wayne Cleveland and Craig Nicholson to import cocaine.
