An anti-Beyoncé protest rally has been scheduled outside the NFL's New York headquarters after former Mayor Rudy Giuliani and others said that her new song and Super Bowl halftime performance attacked police officers.

"Are you offended as an American that Beyoncé pulled her race-baiting stunt at the Superbowl? Do you agree that it was a slap in the face to law enforcement?" asks the rally's Eventbrite page.

The page, which says the protest will happen Feb. 16 at 8 a.m., listed the hashtags #BoycottBeyonce, #BlueLivesMatter, and #AllLivesMatter.

Beyoncé's new song, "Formation," was released a day ahead of the Super Bowl, and the music video and halftime performance included politically charged imagery alluding to the Black Panthers, the Black Lives Matter movement, Malcolm X, and Hurricane Katrina.

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani was offended by the imagery, particularly what he saw as a glorification of the Black Panthers and Black Lives Matter movement, which have been called anti-police by many.

"This is football, not Hollywood, and I thought it was really outrageous that she used it as a platform to attack police officers who are the people who protect her and protect us, and keep us alive," he said, according to the New York Daily News.

The organizer of the protest rally at the NFL's headquarters focused on the Black Panthers, and posted a mugshot of Herman Bell, a former Black Liberation Army member convicted of murdering two police officers.

"Do you agree that the Black Panthers was/is a hate group which should not be glorified? Come and let's stand together. Let's tell the NFL we don't want hate speech & racism at the Superbowl ever again!" the event page read.
