The Flintstones' Bedrock City theme park in Arizona is for sale for $2 million, a price that lovers of the classic cartoon might think is a bargain.

Located in Bedford, Arizona, the mini-replica of Bedrock City is one of two — the second in Custer, South Dakota that are owned by members of the Hulen family. Linda Speckels and her husband, who died years ago, founded the Arizona theme park.

"My mother is 73 and she and my father built that business. My father passed away over 20 years ago. She's been running it herself, and she’s ready to retire," Helen Hulen, Speckels’ daughter, told ABC News. "She’s ready to enjoy her grandkids and not worry about managing a business."

For the $2 million price tag, a buyer would receive 30 acres, located about 30 miles away from the Grand Canyon, and theme park attractions including a reproduction of many Flintstones items. There's a green brontosaurus, the unique car Fred Flintstone drove all over Bedford, and even a Rockhead Beauty Salon.

The Flintstones Bedrock City in Arizona opened in 1972 and, according to comments on the ABC story, it has fallen into disrepair over the last few years.

“It's worth stopping to stretch legs and experience, but this amusement park needs TLC. When I was a young visitor back in the day they had activities. More people, donkey rides, photographer, petting zoo, Flintstones characters walking around,” one person wrote.

The theme park is clearly part of childhood memories for many.

“Is it a plastic perfect Disneyland? No — but if you want to spend some time reminiscing the '60s or watching young children see something totally different than this is a great place to get out of the car and stretch your legs,” a Flintstones fan wrote on ABC. “Stay for the sunset, it'll be the most beautiful you'll ever see.”
