With politicians being judged by the way they eat pizza — it appears Donald Trump has failed the slice test.

In one video clip cited by London's Independent newspaper, Trump is seen in a 1995 commercial for Pizza Hut, biting into a slice, crust first.

Then in a clip from 2011, the future GOP presidential candidate admits visiting a New York City pizzeria with former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and cutting into a slice with a plastic knife and fork.

Both methods are considered by serious pizza connoisseurs as being, ahem, politically incorrect.

Trump, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, is the latest politician to be outed in a pizza faux pas.

Earlier this year, Ohio Gov. John Kasich had to defend himself after eating a slice with a knife and fork, chalking it up to the pie being "scalding hot."

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio was also caught cutting into a slice with a knife and fork, a shocking sight for a politician representing the supposed pizza-pie capitol of the world.

While Kasich may have an excuse being from The Buckeye State, Trump and de Blasio as New Yorkers do not.

New York City pizzeria owner Adam Kuban writes on the Serious Eats blog that New Yorkers have their "own special way" with a slice.

"It's as simple as folding your slice in half lengthwise … Not only does this method double the amount of pizza you can eat with one bite, it helps avoid the mess associated with an overloaded slice," Kuban writes.

"In New York City, utensils are a big no-no; pizza is a hand food here."
