Donald Trump Jr. has made the cover of Time magazine — and not in a good way.

Titled "Red-Handed," the cover overlays a photo of Trump Jr. with partial text from the emails he exchanged in setting up a meeting with a Russian lawyer that was ostensibly about obtaining dirt on Hillary Clinton.

The article, written by David Von Drehle, begins: "The most pressing question of our time might be: How bad is it?"

The cover comes not even a week since The New York Times first reported on Trump Jr.'s meeting with Natalia Veselnitskaya in June of 2016 at Trump Tower when he thought he was going to be on the receiving end of information to help his father's campaign.

The fallout has reportedly enveloped the White House into all-out crisis mode, adding to the constant drip of Russia investigation stories that had already tangled an administration desperate to make it go away.

"All of Washington has awakened to the fact that the Russia issue has spiraled beyond anyone's control," Von Drehle writes for Time.

"There are too many investigations and too many targets — each with his own interests to protect and his own team of attorneys to protect them — and too many enemies created by Trump's bull-in-a-china-shop style. It's not a question anymore of putting them all in a box and shutting the lid. It's only a question of how bad it will get," Von Drehle concludes.
