A poll conducted by the Drudge Report has found a majority of respondents believe President Donald Trump should keep using Twitter and other social media platforms to blast out his often-controversial thoughts.

According to the conservative news website, some 77.75 percent of those taking the poll say Trump should "use socials." Another 22.25 percent believe he should "delete" his social media accounts.

A total of 536,124 people had participated in the poll by 1:30 p.m. on Monday.

The survey comes amid growing concern for the inflammatory nature many of Trump's tweets have taken.

Among them, posting a video of himself appearing to body-slam CNN and a blast at "Morning Joe" co-host Mika Brzezinski, whom he accused of bleeding from a face-lift at his Mar-a-Lago country club.
